Birki’s for your Kiddos
Birkenstock have been around since 1774. Of course, all of us weren’t around during that time, but since then the shoe company has gotten even better with their shoe construction. Most of their clogs and sandals are made of Alpro-Foam and Alpro-Cell, which is almost the same material as Crocs. Birki’s are what they are calling themselves now and with that change comes awesome kids Birkenstocks as well. Here are a few of the kid’s Birki’s that caught Shoe Boxers eye right away.
Dorian Valentines Day: Comes in sizes 2 toddler to 3 1/2 kids. Black and white design with half heart on each edge of the toe area and when the feet are together the design makes a complete heart in a red color. ($39-$50)
Palau Lime Green: Made of acrylic and polyamide fibers. Has a removable strap to help accommodate the growing child’s foot. Has a cork sole to help absorb foot pressure. ($49-$59)
Woodby Red with Cat Print: With a red background and a cat face on the toe edge of one shoe and the cat back on the other toe edge. When the shoes toes are together it creates the entire cat. Cork sole and adjustable upper foot strap. ($79-$89)
Rio Magic Garden Blue: With adjustable foot straps in a tropical flower print on a blue background design. Cork foot bed sole. ($49-$59)
Super Birki Multi Color: Flexible clogs that are not only comfortable but also water resistant. Made with Alpro-Foam and comes in a slew of different colors from orange and white to red and bright yellow. ($39-$49)
