Kick off Spring with a new pair of Boots
Friday, February 27th, 2009Spring is coming and now is the time to pull out those fashionable boots and put away the boots for warmth. These boots are all very fashionable yet practical when needed. They can be paired with jeans, short pants or even a long skirt or pant suit as well. See if any of these boots will fit your spring time fashion fancy.

• Calvin Klein Hannah Boot: ($130): This is a half boot with a nice shaped heel. They offer the style of a half boot with a twist of tassel and elastic around the ankle of the boot. The heel is about 3.5-inches high.

• Corso Como Rachael Boot: These boots are the same style of the riding boot, but with a practical twist to where they are stylish enough to be worn with every day outfits. They come in the colors of brown and black and can be worn with a spring dress or even a pair of light weight pants. Runs about $230.

• Steve Madden Tribe Boot: These boots are amazing, they are a boot but take on the look of a moccasin. They have suede throughout the length of the boot and tassels that hang down as if to look more tribal in the boot fashion. They would go great with a pair of short pants or even in the summer with a pair of shorts as well. They offer the comfort of the boot but with the flair of sophistication and style.
All of these boots shown here can be purchased at a retailer that carries the line or off the website featured next to the boot. Grab up your pair of spring boots and kick off the season in style.

Now, they were at first worn under pants, because who the heck can tell you have on a half-boot under a pair of pants. They give the impression of wearing a boot without the effort. But all of the sudden someone said it was the “in” thing to wear booties with everything. Dresses for goodness sakes. It take a real fashionista to pull that one off. Paris Hilton just doesn’t get the look.

A Cesare Paciotti brown leather with unusual buckle detail lengthwise on the shaft. (I love Italian, all things Italian. Almost all things…) Also a reasonably heeled black leather pointy-toe Prada boot.(Yet more Italian).
