Baby Phat is a company that has been on the scene since 1998, but a lot of people haven’t heard of it. Shoe Boxers became aware of Baby Phat about 3 years ago when the hunt for some Jessica Simpson shoes was under way at Macy’s.
Kimora Lee Simmons started Baby Phat in hops that it would become the top hip hop women’s fashion leader. Now with selections for the home, beauty choices, handbag retailer, lingerie as well as a fragrance she has gone above and beyond being just a women’s fashion retailer. The brand Baby Phat carries some of the most incredible shoes on the market today, and even shoes for baby. Some of the ones that caught Shoe Boxers eye are:
• Shirley by Baby Phat: ($70) This classy and stylish pumps are embellished with a Metallic logo print adorns back heel and front with a peep-toe. T-strap detail ends with an adjustable buckle at ankle. Metallic heel measures 3.5″. Perfect way to compliment that summer flowing dress to any occasion. This shoe comes in silver metallic and gold metallic with dark brown and dark brown/white.
• Felicia by Baby Phat: ($80) Sexy slip-on sandal with sassy style. Three leather straps at front vamp are decorated by shiny logo engraved plating with rhinestone accents. Contrast trim throughout with a foil printed outline kitty at wedge heel. Heel measures 5″ high. This shoe comes in black and soft white.

• Leslie by Baby Phat: ($90) Step to it in this sassy pump with a signature jacquard upper and shiny patent trim with gold hardware that accents a point toe. Lightly padded foot bed. Leather outsole. Two-tone square heel measures 2.5″ high. Colors are black and gold.
