The Christmas frenzy is over and it’s time to rack up shoes. January is the month for bargain shoe shopping.

This is a good time to score high end fashion in privately owned stores. It’s time to move that old inventory to make way for new spring selections. You would be surprised how you can even do a little negotiating when buying more than one pair. Try it!
