Men With Scuffed Shoes, Do Not Pass Go
I have one pet peeve about men and shoes. Well maybe two. Men, listen up. Take care of your shoes. It’s right up there with nicely manicured fingers. It shows you pay attention to detail. There’s nothing worse than scratched, scuffed run over shoes. Oh boy. Raggedy shoes are quite telling. you probably drink milk out of the carton and leave the toilet seat up. you probably wear your boxers until the elastic is shot. And that lack of attention to detail means that you probably won’t notice when we highlight our hair. Or when we lose 10 pounds. Or what’s worse when we get a hot new pair of shoes. Unless of course we show up with nothing but the shoes on. But then you still probably wouldn’t notice the shoes. But there is hope. Just a little care can keep your shoes looking almost new. If you aren’t one of those guys that stops to get a professional shoe shine on the street, or in the hotel or in the train station, you can do it yourself. For $2.99, you too can have freshly shined shoes. Just pick up shoe polish in a bottle. It has a little foam tip applicator, so you just squeeze and rub. You guys know how to do that don’t you? No need to buff, shine is there.
This stuff even comes in white so you can touch up your sneakers. And after you get your shoes polished, splurge on some new CK boxer briefs.

Guilty. Although up until recently I haven’t own to much shoes that were worth a darn. I’ve recently purchase a pair of brown slide on Clarks, which I am told is a tremendous step in my shoe evolution from the Sketchers I was wearing.
