Proper Toe Nail Care for your Feet
A lot of us end up neglecting out own feet because of one main reason, time. No one has the time to sit and deal with their feet every single day, in between the kids and their running here and there, or our work schedule or our hectic home schedule. But there is help. With some simple, in the shower or bath maintenance you can have proper, normal looking feet in no time and to maintain them is only a matter of a 30 second process while in the shower or bath once a day or even once every other day. Here’s what to do.
1. Clean your feet clean with soap and water daily.
2. Use a foot scrub once a week on your feet and mainly on dry parts of your foot.
3. Using a pumice stone at least for 30 seconds on your feet once a day will help greatly.
4. Keep toenails trimmed and always trim straight across.
5. If you constantly wear polish, remove the polish at least once a week in a month to allow the nail to breath. If you must wear polish all the time, wear clear polish, and only wear colored during special occasions.
6. Use a scrub brush when cleaning your feet in the shower; it can help to remove more dirt and dead skin buildup on the feet. And dry your feet thoroughly when they get wet.
7. Wear proper fitting shoes, no matter what. Improper shoes can lead to poor foot maintenance.
